On the wake coronavirus and market bloodshed, I leave you with some questions this week – what is wealth? How it should keep you? How should it affect you?
We have not evolved as a society; antisocial activities are happening a lot at different places. Delhi riots remind me of an incident happened during my engineering days. Emotions drive many of us. We need to learn how to manage our emotions. The best way is to increase awareness and increase reaction time. This can be achieved by meditation.
Be it spiritual or no, all of us will benefit if we learn the concept of interdependent co-arising not only for ourselves, it’ll impact generations to come very positively.
We have become slaves of time. Time is merciless, inexorable, cruel, greedy and insatiable. This new year resolve and take it as an opportunity to have some serious thoughts in life regarding work, fun and spirituality.
I’ve conducted meditation sessions for people. My personal the experience pre and post seeing the same people meditate and the participant’s experience itself makes me feel that everyone must meditate.

We get angry, upset, depressed and frustrated for so many things in life. Solomon was advised – this too shall pass. We get entangled in life for so many things and at times for years we carry those grudges. Effectively we end up spoiling our present and our future for those trifling things.

Slingshot – Playing Slingshot is an immense learning. You pull the stone back with a sling, take an aim and release. There is an interesting analogy in this. The sling is like your present action, preparation and “now”. Your leather pad is like your past experience, your mind (where many things are held). The aim and trajectory is like future. ..
