I opine here that after the lockdown due to pandemic – what should leadership across companies do and why they should choose to spend and continue their projects.
We have not evolved as a society; antisocial activities are happening a lot at different places. Delhi riots remind me of an incident happened during my engineering days. Emotions drive many of us. We need to learn how to manage our emotions. The best way is to increase awareness and increase reaction time. This can be achieved by meditation.
Our experiences shape our world. We tend to behave in a manner based on our experiences of similar situations. These experiences can be inaccurate, because we may have limited knowledge of the situation, should we’ve a new year resolution that we wont be judgmental about things around us?
Should we trust data that can be manipulated to suit narrative? In whatever case middle path is most important. One must take data and findings with open eyes and willingness and honesty to question.
Everyone must learn the basic ethics in formative years, however, in addition to ethics another learning should be the ability to make a decision who should be treated how.
Everyone’s life has some or the other defining moments. This incident made me spiritual. How we can learn from even failures. Everyone must become mindful.
The long and short of all this is balancing the life with awareness and becoming a saint in a professional life.
